Love Chocolate? Have you ever thought about joining a Chocolate Tasting Club?
Once you are a member every month a selection of chocolates will be sent out, the type of chocolates depends on your initial choice on sign-up.
A full Tasting Menu accompanies each selection, detailing the names behind the chocolates as well as the techniques and ingredients used. Guidance is given on flavour notes to look out for and any special tasting tips which will enhance the flavour and enjoyment of the chocolate.
A scoring card allows members to score and comment on each chocolate. This is entirely optional, but provides invaluable feedback as to what members like and don’t! The scores are reported in Chocolate News – the free periodical which accompanies each selection.
